[麻进展]亚麻籽及其加工产品的饲用价值与其在动物生产中的应用研究进展

  :亚麻籽富含n-3多不饱和脂肪酸?木酚素等活性功能成分,其加工后得到的亚麻油和亚麻籽饼/粕等副产品可用于饲料,并具有改善动物生产性能和产品品质的作用。本文主要综述了亚麻籽及其加工产品(亚麻油?亚麻饼/粕和活性功能成分)的营养特点?饲用价值以及其在动物生产中的应用现状,同时分析目前亚麻籽及相关产品应用于动物饲料存在的问题,旨在为亚麻籽及其加工产品在动物营养中的高效利用提供科学参考

亚麻(Linum usitatissimum)属于亚麻科亚麻属,是一年生草本植物,主要被种植在温带地区,印度?加拿大?中国?美国和埃塞俄比亚是亚麻的重要种植国,其中加拿大是世界上最大的亚麻生产国[1]。中国应用亚麻的历史最早可追溯到公元2世纪,彼时主要将亚麻籽作药用,直到16世纪,亚麻籽才开始被视为油料种子用于榨油[2]。在中国,亚麻主要种植在气候较为寒冷的华北?西北以及其他一些半干旱地区,其中内蒙古?甘肃?山西和宁夏种植较多。近年来,动物性蛋白质饲料日益缺乏的状况愈发严峻,在玉米?豆粕减量替代计划实施背景下,亚麻籽及其加工产品作为一种新型的植物源饲料原料已逐渐引起人们的关注

亚麻籽及其加工产品因富含多种营养成分和多种生物活性功能成分,对人类生活及动物生产方面具有积极意义,因而被广泛应用在食品工业?医疗领域和饲料行业[3-5]。目前,在饲料原料目录中源于亚麻的产品主要有亚麻籽(胡麻籽),亚麻饼(亚麻籽饼?亚麻仁饼?胡麻饼),亚麻粕(亚麻籽粕?亚麻仁粕?胡麻粕),亚麻籽油和亚麻籽粉。亚麻籽作为配合饲料具有增加动物产品中n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量以及改善动物自身的健康状况的作用[6]。同时亚麻籽中含有多种活性功能成分,如木酚素具有抗氧化?抗炎?抗癌?抗心血管疾病的作用,且具备弱雌激素和抗雌激素的特性,有益于人类和动物的健康发育[7]。本文主要综述了亚麻籽及其加工产品(亚麻油?亚麻籽饼/粕和活性功能成分)的营养特点?饲用价值以及其在动物生产中的应用现状,同时讨论分析了目前亚麻籽及相关产品应用于动物饲料存在的问题,以期为今后亚麻产品的饲料化及其更广泛?更全面的应用提供参考

1 亚麻籽

1.1 亚麻籽的营养特点与饲用价值

亚麻籽是亚麻的种子,成熟的亚麻籽呈扁平状椭圆形,种皮颜色为金黄色至深棕色,有光泽[8]。亚麻籽富含脂质?蛋白质?膳食纤维等营养成分,还含有丰富的木酚素?亚麻籽胶?环肽等活性功能成分,且其抗炎?抗癌?抗氧化?抗高血压等作用已被证实对人类和动物的健康有益[9]。研究表明,亚麻籽含35%45%的脂肪,富含多不饱和脂肪酸,其中以α-亚麻酸(ALA)为主;20%30%的蛋白质,主要是球蛋白和白蛋白,在氨基酸组成方面约34.3%为必需氨基酸,其中精氨酸?天冬氨酸和谷氨酸含量丰富;亚麻籽中的可溶性纤维主要是亚麻籽胶,被认为在泻药药效的发挥中具有重要作用,而不溶性纤维主要是纤维素和木质素[1,10-11]。此外,亚麻籽富含n-3 PUFA,再加上其丰富的蛋白质含量,在动物饲粮中添加适量的亚麻籽不仅能促进动物生长,亦能提升产品的品质和价值[12]

1.2 亚麻籽在畜禽生产中的应用现状

亚麻籽营养价值丰富,添加到畜禽的饲粮中,既能改善动物健康状况,又能积极调节动物产品的营养价值Kholif[13]研究发现,在泌乳努比亚山羊的饲粮中添加50g含油量为37.5%的碎亚麻籽或添加20mL亚麻油,对其采食量无不良影响,且可以提高其干物质?有机物?粗蛋白质和纤维的消化率,改变瘤胃发酵,此外,还能通过增加共轭亚油酸(CLA)?不饱和脂肪酸(UFA)的比例和降低饱和脂肪酸(SFA)的含量来增加其产奶量和降低动脉粥样硬化指数,其研究结果表明,采食碎亚麻籽饲粮和亚麻油饲粮均改善了泌乳努比亚山羊的乳脂肪酸组成,从而生产出对人类健康更有益的山羊奶,采食碎亚麻籽饲粮的效果优于亚麻油饲粮Ababakri[14]的研究也得到了相似的结果,在过渡期母羊的饲粮中添加10%的挤压型亚麻籽增加了母羊的干物质采食量和初乳产量,而且对羊奶中乳脂肪酸的含量变化也产生了积极的影响Apperson[15]研究发现,在肉鸡饲粮中添加10%15%的亚麻籽不会影响肉鸡的饲料消耗和最终体重等生长性能,而且对肉鸡的胃肠道健康有积极的影响,比如改善肉鸡的肠道形态?使小肠的绒毛高度/隐窝深度比值升高。赵丹阳[16]的研究认为,给北京油鸡饲喂添加10%亚麻籽的饲粮,可以改善北京油鸡的肝脏功能,此外,亚麻籽对鸡的脂质代谢也有积极的调节作用,显著提高了鸡肉中n-3 PUFA含量,从而降低了n-6 PUFAn-3 PUFA的比例。另有研究发现,给断奶仔猪饲喂含有4.5%亚麻籽的饲粮,显著提高了仔猪的平均日增重,极显著降低了其料重比,此外还可以提高仔猪的抗氧化能力和减轻炎症反应[17]。李蓉[18]研究表明,给蛋鸭饲喂添加3%法国膨化亚麻籽或3%国产膨化亚麻籽的饲粮,能够提高蛋鸭体内相关抗氧化酶活性,从而提高其抗氧化能力以上研究表明,亚麻籽在畜禽饲粮中的应用不仅能调节其脂质代谢水平,而且能够增强其机体抗氧化能力

2 亚麻油

2.1 亚麻油的营养特点与饲用价值

亚麻油富含ALA,亚麻油中40%60%ALA,ALA是人体和动物的必需脂肪酸,ALA?二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)和二十碳五烯酸(EPA)均属于n-3 PUFA,ALADHAEPA的前体,人体自身不能合成DHAEPA,食物摄取是人体获取DHAEPA的途径[1]n-3 PUFA在人和动物的视力?炎症?心血管疾病和病理性钙化中的预防作用等方面有着积极意义[19-22]。大量研究表明,ALA含量的亚麻油具有抗过敏?降血压?预防和治疗心血管和其他一些疾病的作用[23]。此外,有研究表明,通过在饲粮中补充亚麻油来改善动物肉质是一种有效的营养调节方式[24]

2.2 亚麻油在畜禽生产中的应用现状

褚婷婷等[25]研究表明,在母猪妊娠后期饲粮中添加亚麻油,未对母猪生产性能造成不良影响,提高了仔猪血清免疫球蛋白和炎症因子水平Kang[26]研究表明,在仔猪模型饲粮中添加亚麻油补充剂,对缓解仔猪模型脂多糖(LPS)诱导的肌肉萎缩和碳水化合物氧化损伤的作用,结果表明,亚麻籽油可能通过调节Toll样受体4(TLR4)/核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域(NOD)和蛋白激酶B(Akt)/叉头框蛋白O(FOXO)信号通路来缓解LPS引起的肌肉蛋白质损失和碳水化合物氧化损伤。刘树林等[27]在绒山羊羔羊的育肥前期?中期和后期饲粮中分别添加亚麻油和亚麻籽,亚麻油组添加亚麻油量分别为2.0%?2.0%2.5%,亚麻籽组添加亚麻籽量分别为5.5%?5.5%7.0%,结果发现,亚麻油组的羔羊屠宰率?胴体重和脂肪沉积高于亚麻籽组,添加亚麻油提高了产肉性能Candyrine[28]报道了在饲粮中添加4%亚麻油使山羊和绵羊的平均日增重提高了29%左右,饲料效率提高了18%左右Contreras-Solís[29]研究发现,在泌乳母羊饲粮中添加亚麻油改变了其机体脂质代谢状态,增加了牛奶中PUFA的含量Mirshekar[30]研究表明,在日本鹌鹑饲粮中用亚麻油代替葵花籽油对其增重和采食量无显著影响,在生长期最后1周饲喂含亚麻油的饲粮对日本鹌鹑胸部的脂肪酸成分产生积极影响,对肉质的劣化影响最小,且能提高其生长性能Ehr[31]在蛋鸡饲粮中分别添加0.5%?1.0%?2.0%?3.0%5.0%的亚麻籽油,结果表明,随着亚麻籽油添加量的增加,饲料效率随之提高,蛋黄中ALA?EPADHA含量也呈线性增加。由此可,在畜禽饲粮中添加适量的亚麻油不仅对其生长性能无不良影响,而且还能改变其体内的脂肪酸组成,使动物产品富集n-3 PUFA提升了其商品利用价值

3 亚麻籽饼/

3.1 亚麻籽饼/粕的营养特点与饲用价值

亚麻籽饼/粕是亚麻油提取后的副产品,蛋白质含量很高,干物质含量为89%91%,粗蛋白质含量为35.9%36.2%,此外还含有膳食纤维?木酚素和黄酮等营养物质[32-33]。亚麻籽饼/粕中氨基酸含量丰富,含有动物机体所需各种氨基酸,经研究发现,亚麻籽饼/粕中赖氨酸和蛋氨酸含量较低,精氨酸和苏氨酸含量较高,1列出了亚麻籽饼/粕中部分氨基酸的含量[34-36]

  

1 亚麻籽饼/粕中部分氨基酸的含量(干物质基础)

亚麻籽饼/粕除了含有丰富的营养成分外,还含有抗营养因子,如生氰糖苷?亚麻亭和植酸,不同的亚麻籽饼/粕其抗营养因子含量不同,在亚麻籽饼/粕中亚麻亭含量为100mg/kg,亚麻亭是维生素B6抑制因子;生氰糖苷含量为58.41mg/kg,生氰糖苷被动物采食后,在适宜条件下,会和酶作用产生氢氰酸引起动物中毒;植酸含量为24.10mg/kg,植酸的存在会减少动物体吸收利用矿物质和部分微量元素等营养物质,总之,这些抗营养因子会降低畜禽的生长性能,使得亚麻籽饼/粕只能限量添加,限制了其在畜禽饲料中的应用[37-40]。因此,亚麻饼/粕一直以来被看作低价值的副产品,其价值没有得到充分利用,造成了极大的饲料资源浪费

不同加工工艺得到的亚麻籽饼/粕其营养成分含量不同,表2列出了不同加工工艺对亚麻籽饼/粕部分营养成分的影响[41-43]。亚麻籽饼/粕中粗脂肪的含量受加工工艺影响较大,机械压榨法得到的亚麻籽饼/粕其粗脂肪含量约为5%,溶剂浸提法得到的亚麻籽饼/粕其含量约为1%[43]。此外,不同加工工艺也会影响亚麻籽饼/粕中抗营养因子的含量[43]

豆粕是饲料中重要的蛋白质原料,我国每年豆粕消耗量巨大,但国内大豆产出量供不应求,甚至出现人畜争粮迹象,导致中国豆粕极度依赖进口,造成我国粮食安全问题[44]20213月农业农村部发布《饲料中玉米豆粕减量替代工作方案》,方案重点要求推进用谷物和杂粕对饲料中玉米?豆粕实现减量替代,在此背景下,充分挖掘新型蛋白质饲料资源尤为重要[45]。亚麻籽饼/粕含有丰富的蛋白质及氨基酸,可作为畜禽饲料优质的蛋白质来源,若充分利用到畜禽饲粮中,对缓解我国饲料资源短缺有重要意义

3.2 亚麻籽饼/粕在畜禽生产中的应用现状

侯丽萍等[46]用亚麻籽饼饲喂育肥羔羊,结果显示,随着亚麻籽饼添加量增高,羔羊的平均日增重下降,表明高亚麻籽饼添加量对育肥羔羊的生产性能和肉品质有负作用,并建议畜禽饲粮中的亚麻籽饼适宜添加量为15%。武晓东等[47]用亚麻籽饼代替饲粮中的豆粕饲喂绵羊,结果表明绵羊的饲料利用率和屠宰指标得到提高,此外对于降低血脂和提高绵羊抗氧化能力也具有积极影响Hao[48]研究表明,在绵羊饲粮中,用亚麻籽粕替代部分豆粕,对绵羊的生长性能无不良影响,其干物质采食量不受影响且提高了饲料转化率Popescu[49]研究表明,在肉鸡的饲粮中添加亚麻籽饼/粕,对肉鸡的十二指肠和空肠形态有益,显著增加了绒毛高度和隐窝深度,从而有益于营养吸收效率的提高,此外亚麻籽饼/粕的添加还可调节肉鸡肠道内α-淀粉酶?麦芽糖酶和转化酶的酶活性,从而可能会改善肉鸡的健康状况。以上研究表明,在饲粮中添加亚麻籽饼/粕对畜禽的生长性能?屠宰性能?肉品质和机体健康发育有积极的作用

  

2 不同加工工艺对亚麻籽饼/粕部分营养成分的影响(干物质基础)

4 亚麻籽活性功能成分

亚麻籽富含多种活性功能成分,如酚酸?植物甾醇?生育酚?亚麻籽胶?木酚素等,其中木酚素的关注度最高[1]。木酚素具有抗氧化?抗炎症?抗癌等生物活性,在人类生活及畜禽生产方面起着积极作用,因此,下面主要就木酚素的生理功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用现状进行综述

4.1 亚麻籽木酚素

木酚素是一类具有生物活性的多酚类植物化学物质,木酚素[主要是开环异落叶松树脂素酚(SECO)二葡萄糖苷(SDG)]合成途径包括苯丙烷途径?定向蛋白的立体特异性偶联?二苄基丁烷木酚素等,以及SECO糖基化为SDG[50]。木酚素与人体雌激素在结构上极其相似,因此也被认为是植物雌激素[51]。亚麻籽是木酚素最丰富的来源,含量为930mg/g,其木酚素含量是其他油料种子?谷物?豆类等的75800[52]。亚麻籽中的木酚素主要以SDG形式存在,SDG所示[53]SDG可通过肠道菌群脱糖基作用为SECOSECO再经脱羟基和脱甲基作用形成哺乳动物木酚素肠二醇(ED)ED可进一步脱羟基作用形成肠内酯(EL)[53]

4.2 木酚素生理功能

研究证明,亚麻籽木酚素可通过降低脂质和葡萄糖浓度?降低血压及减少氧化应激和炎症来预防心血管疾病和代谢综合征,由于具有抗氧化?抗增殖?弱雌激素或抗雌激素等特性,亚麻籽木酚素还具有预防和降低癌症风险的能力[54]Felmlee[55]给饮食诱导的血脂异常大鼠喂食SDGSECO,结果发现,大鼠血清和肝脏胆固醇含量类似剂量依赖性降低,总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量呈剂量相关降低。刘寒[56]研究发现,慢性间歇性低氧(CIH)导致小鼠肾脏发生氧化应激和炎症损伤后,给予SDG治疗能增强肾脏组织的抗氧化能力,有效减轻炎症反应和损伤情况。郑书国等[57]建立的C57BL/6小鼠肺癌模型研究表明,SDG可有效抑制小鼠Lew is肺癌生长及转移

4.3 木酚素在畜禽生产中的应用现状

目前,木酚素主要被研究于癌症预防与治疗方面,有关亚麻木酚素等活性功能成分应用于畜禽生产的相关报道较少。古丽娜·巴克等[58]在初产荷斯坦奶牛精料中添加亚麻籽木酚素,每天11.25g/头,连续饲喂95d,结果显示奶牛的平均日增重提高了26.67%,乳房高度?深度及直径显著提高,乳房悬韧带增大。韩正康等[59]在蛋鸡的饲粮中添加亚麻籽木酚素30mg/kg,饲喂6周后发现蛋鸡产蛋性能升高,血清胆固醇含量下降,蛋黄胆固醇含量有下降趋势。周炜等[60]按体重在山羊瘤胃中灌入亚麻木酚素提取物50mg/kg,发现亚麻木酚素可以改善山羊瘤胃代谢水平。王伟[61]在东北大白鹅饮水中添加0.1mL/L木酚素提取液,结果表明,鹅的生长性能得到改善,同时与免疫力密切相关的胸腺指数和血清中白细胞介素-2的含量也显著提高。可见,亚麻木酚素对动物的生长性能和免疫力有一定的积极作用,但是由于木酚素目前在畜禽方面的研究比较少,对其他动物是否起作用以及其适宜添加量等一系列问题还需要更多的试验去探究

5 小结

亚麻籽作为畜禽饲粮原料已取得较多的研究进展,但还有许多方面需要得到进一步的深入研究,就目前而言,主要包括以下3个方面

1)存在抗营养因子。亚麻籽及其副产品中由于存在抗营养因子,会产生毒副作用,使动物机体的消化和吸收功能受损,影响动物的生产性能及产品品质。因此,在饲粮中添加亚麻籽或其副产品时应注意对它们进行脱毒处理,降低甚至消除其毒性作用。此外,确定不同动物饲粮中亚麻油?亚麻籽及其饼粕的适宜添加量有待继续研究

2)功能活性成分开发利用。亚麻中含有木酚?酚酸等功能活性成分,具有独特的生理功能,对人类和动物的健康有益。但目前国内外对它们的研究还比较少,一些潜在的功能和作用机理尚不明确,需要通过动物试验进行更深入的研究,并以功能性饲料为研究重点,争取最大化利用亚麻的功效和饲用价值

3)蛋白质饲料资源的利用开发和挖掘优质的非常规蛋白质饲料资源是当前动物营养领域的重点研究课题量的文献表明,亚麻籽作为优质的植物蛋白质源饲料,在畜禽生产中有很大的发展潜力,多种功能活性成分更是提高了亚麻籽的经济附加值目前,关于亚麻籽的研究还不够深入,许多问题亟需解决,相信随着相关研究的持续开展,未来亚麻籽在动物生产中的应用将愈发广泛
